The Friarbots will be hosting a Robotics Discovery Workshop for aspiring students who are interested in the different aspects of Robotics. The event will take place on September 22, 2012 10 AM-2 PM. All middle school students are welcome to have a fun and educational time.
Sessions for students on:
- Electrical/Programming
- Computer Aided Design
- Drive Systems and Training to drive our robot
- Game Mechanisms- Arms, shooters, lifts, and more
For Parents
- Presentation by Team Leadership and our engineering mentors
- Coffee
- The importance of Science, Technology, Math, and Engineering in Education Life
- Starting FLL teams at your middle school
